DJI's Power 2000 portable power station is on sale for $749.99, down from $1,299. The discount cuts $550 off the original price.
The Power 2000 holds 2,048Wh of capacity. DJI says it can run a refrigerator for up to 40 hours during a home power outage, charge a laptop 18 times, or power a projector for 18 hours. The battery is rated for 4,000 charges before noticeable capacity loss.
The unit weighs close to 50 pounds and fits in a car trunk. It has three AC outlets, a 30-amp port for heavy appliances or RV setups, multiple USB-C ports including a 140W option for laptops, and DJI's SDC ports for direct drone charging. A companion app lets you check battery level from your phone.
Plugged into a wall outlet, the Power 2000 charges from empty to full in about 90 minutes. You can also recharge it with solar panels or from your car. The unit does not include a built-in light.
